Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging with all tags/labels attached
  • Returns must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order
  • A valid proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following products cannot be returned:

  • Cut-Off Wheels (once opened/used)
  • Grinding Wheels (once opened/used)
  • Sanding Discs (once opened/used)
  • Wire Wheel Brushes (once opened/used)

These consumable products are excluded from returns due to their nature as personal safety items once used.

Step-by-Step Return Process

  1. Initiate Your Return Request

  2. Receive Return Authorization

    Within 1-2 business days, our team will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.

  3. Package and Ship Your Return

    Securely package the item(s) with the RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the box. Ship to:

    Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

  4. Processing Your Return

    Once received, we’ll inspect the item(s) and process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.

Refund Information

Timing

  • Credit card/PayPal refunds: 3-5 business days after processing (timing depends on your financial institution)
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Method

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:

  • Visa/MasterCard/JCB: Credited back to your card
  • PayPal: Returned to your PayPal account

Exchange Process

For exchanges:

  2. Clearly state in your email that you’re requesting an exchange and specify the replacement product
  3. Once we receive your return, we’ll ship the replacement item
  4. Standard shipping charges apply for exchanges unless the original shipment was incorrect or defective

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product:
