We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote regions. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs processing.

5. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order, provided:

  • Items are unused and in original packaging with all tags/labels attached

The following cannot be returned once opened or used:

5.4 Refunds

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Warranties and Liability

6.1 Product Warranty

We warrant that our products will be free from material defects in workmanship and materials under normal use for 30 days from purchase. This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, abuse, or normal wear and tear.
